Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@madestinee.fr with your order number. If your order has not yet been processed and dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.

2. Orders Already Dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched by the courier, it cannot be canceled in transit. You may return the unused package in its original packaging upon delivery following our Returns Policy.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

For custom manufactured colour combinations or bespoke nursery sets, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
