Delivery Information

We deliver all Madestinee soft play equipment safely and securely. All items are dispatched with fully tracked courier services.

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location.
• Express Delivery items: Dispatched with priority 1–2 business day delivery.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little ones to love your soft play equipment. If you need to return an unused item in its original packaging:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
• Items must be unused, clean, and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, contact us at contact@madestinee.fr with your order number.
