Returns & Refund Policy

We want you and your children to be delighted with your purchase from Madestinee. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, clean, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging with all protective wraps, tags, and accessories included.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email our customer service at contact@madestinee.fr or call +33 4 70 28 85 46 with your Order Number, reason for return, and photographs of the product and packaging.
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and the designated return address:

51 Rue des Ribes, 03100 Montluçon, France.
Securely pack the item and return via a tracked courier service.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, our quality inspection team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged, defective, or incorrect item supplied).

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us immediately at contact@madestinee.fr or call +33 4 70 28 85 46 within 48 hours of delivery for a complimentary replacement or full refund.
