At Madestinee, we take immense care to ensure that your soft play equipment reaches you safely and promptly.

How We Deliver

Due to the size and lightweight density of soft play foam sets, our products are securely packaged in heavy-duty protective wrapping and delivered via trusted national and international couriers (including DPD, DHL, Parcelforce, and Royal Mail depending on location).

Receiving Your Delivery

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for large packages.
Check the outer box/wrapping before accepting delivery. If there is visible exterior damage, note it with the courier or take a photograph.
Once opened, allow foam pieces 24–48 hours to naturally expand to their full plush dimensions if they have been compacted for transit.
